The threat of snow storms cause many to crowd the grocery stores to stock up on food, but that’s not the only thing people find essential in this weather.

According to CBS Philly, liquor stores in PA, New Jersey and Delaware have been flooded with shoppers today in light of the foot of snow the region is supposed to receive.

“The idea of being stuck in the house and everybody has to go to the market for food, and we have to go get booze!” Nysia Barnes, assistant manager at the Wine and Spirits store in the Franklin Mills Mall told CBS Philly. “If I’m gonna be snowed in for a few days, I’d want to have all the bases covered.”
