This means that every passing minute is irretrievable and unrepeatable, making it essential to make the most of it. When we dedicate time to activities that promote our physical, emotional, and mental well-being, we are investing in our long-term health. Additionally, it is also important to carefully observe to whom we are giving part of our invisible treasure.
In terms of physical health, time plays a crucial role in adopting healthy habits, including exercise and preparing nutritious meals in home; many self-care practices require proper time allocation. Lack of time is often cited as one of the main reasons why people cannot maintain a healthy lifestyle.
