Expert in evaluation and mentoring of higher education institutions
As an evaluator and mentor, I have been collaborating with business schools throughout Latin America for more than 11 years to improve their quality and accreditation processes. I am a doctor in education and a social communicator by profession, with a focus on pedagogical models of training by alternation (theory-practice) and inclusion.
During my work career I have been linked to management positions such as one of the most recent, that of rector of the Colombian School of Rehabilitation University Institution, where I led the strategic direction, internationalization, and the development of programs in the different levels of higher education and labor technicians or as Vice Chancellor at the Business University Foundation of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, where I led the processes of the German dual methodology, to train talent relevant to the needs of the region. My mission has been to contribute to the strengthening of the academic and business sector, through relationships, planning, and the design of specialized corporate training programs. I am passionate about research and social projection, and I have published several works on the German dual model contextualized for Latin America and inclusion.
