Over the weekend, the social networks were filled with reactions to the new song Imparables, the official anthem of Red Bull Batalla de Los Gallos for the 2021 freestyle season, which brings together 16 competing MCs with the prestigious Argentinean producer Mykka.

The track is available on platforms since February 11th and was recorded before the International in December in the Dominican Republic.

The truth is that, in competition with Urban Roosters, both leagues are trying to innovate in a challenging year due to the lack of live events but which confirms the online boom of the format with the acquisition of broadcasting rights from television channels. Both leagues represent freestyle's professionalization for Hispanics and right now harbor a whole new generation of flashy artists.

The first signal is the base of an Argentine producer and DJ Mykka, stage name of Micaela Ailén Gonzalez de la Mata. The young beat-maker from San Fernando now works with the label Mueva Records, produced bases for previous competitions and trap tracks that have turned out great hits.

Her freshness can be appreciated in the electronic influences, perhaps an obsession with Deadmau5, which moves the base of Imparables away from the classic format towards a track more intended for dancing than previous anthems.

Among the MCs is Rapder, the Mexican who, against all expectations, beat the big favorites at the International 2020 and won the belt. Other well-known participants from the Mexican league with Yoiker and Aczino, the great legend of Latin American freestyle and two-time winner of the competition.

There are verses from the 2019 Puerto Rican winner, also unexpected, the very young Shield Master, and the other Dominican surprise, Éxodo Lirical, who swept favorites like Bnet, who recently started a series for Playz. From Uruguay, there is Naicen, Tata also representing Argentina, and Stick from Peru.
