The doors of the Pennsylvania Convention Center will swing open on Saturday at 10 a.m., marking the official start of the Philadelphia Auto Show, which will run through the following Sunday. But for those who were eager to get a sneak peek, the Black Tie Tailgate event kicked off on Friday night, all in support of a noble cause—the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

What can attendees expect at this year's event? The 2024 expo promises to be bigger and better than ever, featuring the latest models from renowned manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Lexus, Chevrolet, Buick, and Corvette. What's more, there's a thrilling opportunity to test drive several electric vehicles on a 60,000-square-foot indoor e-track with experienced drivers at the wheel. For those who prefer outdoor excitement, Toyota models will be available for test drives along a scenic course starting at Arch Street, just outside the convention center.

The Philadelphia Auto Show 2024 has an array of attractions to offer. Inside the venue, visitors can marvel at the craftsmanship on display at the indoor custom car show. More than 30 personally owned and remodeled vehicles by local gearheads will be showcased, proving that car customization is an art form in itself. Luxury car enthusiasts can feast their eyes on elegant vehicles from Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, and Lamborghini. Additionally, iconic cars from Hollywood blockbusters will make an appearance, including the 1981 DeLorean from "Back to the Future" and the 1995 Volkswagen Jetta from "The Fast and the Furious."
