Tanya Collin is a senior medical cost analyst at Independence Blue Cross subsidiary AmeriHealth New Jersey. Tanya was one of only 56 employees selected for the inaugural class of the “Know Your Value” development program. During her time with the company, she has been recognized multiple times for her willingness to take initiative and offer creative solutions to improve the member experience. Tanya is also the chair of the AmeriHealth New Jersey Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Leannie Custodio is a business analyst at Independence Blue Cross. She has been with the company since 2014. She recently completed her Strategic Design Masters of Business Administration degree at Jefferson University and has experience in business design strategy.

In 2018, Leannie received the company’s “Standing Ovation” award for Excellence and was chosen for Independence’s second “Know Your Value” development program.

Anthony Maldonado has been with Independence Blue Cross for 19 years and currently works as a provider representative. He has received Independence’s employee Award of Excellence. Anthony is a huge sports fan and a devoted father and husband.

Lynnette Perez-Santos is a lead business analyst at Independence Blue Cross. She is a member of the Independence running club, Blue Streaks. In May, Lynnette served as a spokesperson for the company in an interview for Telemundo62 where she talked about running the Blue Cross Broad Street Run in support of the American Cancer Society.
