Victor Manuelle to receive the keys to New York City
The Puerto Rican singer will be recognized in Orchard Beach, Bronx.
The Mayor of New York, Eric Adams, will be in charge of presenting the keys of the city to “El Sonero de la Juventud” this Wednesday, August 21st.
“With great humility I thank Mayor Adams for this recognition and for allowing me to meet again with the Hispanic public of New York City, in an event as significant as 'Rise-Up'. I am very excited to present my show and I hope that my Latino brothers and sisters will come together to celebrate a night full of music and energy,” said Victor Manuelle in a statement, according to El Nuevo Dia.
The artist's celebration, where he will be awarded the “Key to New York City Artists”, will be part of the Rise Up NYC summer concert series, an initiative that offers New Yorkers free outdoor concerts in the city's five boroughs.
