After the visit to Colombia with his wife, Meghan Markle, Harry seeks to “participate in engagements with African Parks, The HALO Trust, The Diana Award and Travalyst,” his spokesperson told U.S. media.

Also, as an objective of this visit, the Duke wants to promote The Archewell Foundation, the NGO he runs with Meghan.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were two weeks ago on a four-day tour of Colombia at the invitation of Vice President Francia Márquez, as representatives of their foundation, to visit the Caribbean and Pacific coast to assess the situation of their communities. They had various activities and meetings with organizations and representatives of civil society, and also toured the cities of Bogota, Cartagena and Cali.

During his visit in New York, the Duke of Sussex will also attend a protocol event for the Diana Award, celebrating its 25th anniversary.

“In our 25th anniversary year, The Diana Award is delighted to be leading an event with Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, in New York this September,” announced Dr. Tessy Ojo CBE, CEO of The Diana Award, via her social media.

According to Dr. Tessy, the event will be “driven by young people and their views on the major issues facing their generation today”.
