Shakira told the Times "perfectly how she feels right now," and that's why she decided to help Karol G to finish the track, which they've defined as "a minor-key ballad tinged with reggaeton."
"People are going to know a lot about my personal life with my songs, but I don't want to have the songs inside me anymore, because I know that people can heal a lot of things with music," Karol G told the New York Times.
For her, the new song is an experiment that she wants to show her fans.
"Writing songs for me is a very good way to cure things that I can't explain," she finished.
Mañana será bonito will be released next Friday, Feb. 24 on all music platforms and will include several of the artist's singles like "PROVENZA," "GATÚBELA," and "CAIRO."
