Colombia's Karol G and Sebastían Yatra were the big winners on the night of the 2023 Premios Lo Nuestro, on Thursday, Feb. 23. Both won four awards on the night.

Next in the ranking of winners, Bad Bunny, Shakira, Daddy Yankee and Bizarrap won three Lo Nuestro Awards each.

The three-hour show was hosted by Yatra, singer Paulina Rubio, model Alejandra Espinoza and actor Adrián Uribe.

During its run, Yatra performed his new song "Una noche sin pensar." After, he was awarded as Male Pop Artist of the Year, Pop Song of the Year — for "Tacones Rojos," Pop Song/Ballad of the Year — for "Contigo" in collaboration with Pablo Alborán and Pop Album of the Year — for Dharma

Karol G was recognized as Premio Lo Nuestro Artist of the Year, and won in Urban Female Artist of the Year, Urban Song of the Year — for "PROVENZA" and Song of the Year — for "Mamiii" with Becky G.

In the urban genre category, Ivy Queen stood out with the speech she gave when receiving the Lo Nuestro Urban Music Legend Award, during which she highlighted the work of those who paved the way for her.

"I know what it's like to get up with no strength. I know what it's like to hear someone tell you no, or that a type of music is not for you because you have ovaries. But I also heard a voice telling me, 'Don't give up, Caballota.' I celebrate this award with those who know me, who make me visible. And as Celia Cruz, an artist who has inspired me, once said, as long as I breathe and aspire, I assume the role of elevating women with elegance. This is for all the women who are filled with courage when they hear my music," said the artist.

Noel Schajris, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Tito Nieves, Jerry Rivera and Norberto Velez also paid tribute to Victor Manuelle for his 30-year career in music.

Manuelle was also recognized with the Premio Lo Nuestro A La Trayectoria.
