To announce her long-awaited new album, singer Cristina Aguilera stated that she is "celebrating my roots." The New Yorker is preparing with special care the release of "Aguilera", an album that will include all the songs published on the EPs "La Fuerza" and "La Tormenta".
Aguilera wanted to honor her Latin roots by composing, producing and performing the songs of “La Fuerza”, which was her first EP in Spanish in the last 20 years of her career. For the singer, the name of the album with her last name represents a source of pride and inspiration, with which she intends to show her family roots in her new music.
According to the press release, "the new album promises to delight Christina's fans, as she manages to fuse different Latin musical genres without losing that essence that has made her one of the most important and recognized artists of her generation”.
