After the former executive director of the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA), Vincent Fenerty was let go from his position, records show that he had collected $227,000 in comp time and paid leave in addition to 25 years of free health care according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Now, with Fenerty long gone and the interim director Clarena Tolson acting as the head, the issue of comp time for PPA has resurfaced.

Two members high in the agency, Deputy executive directors Richard Dickson and Dennis Weldon, removed their requests for comp time around the time that the Philadelphia Inquirer submitted Right to Know requests.
