It's Valentine's Day! A day where there is a last minute dash to the card store and flower shop so you can tell that special someone that you have not forgotten about them. 

For others, its the first day that begins the rest of their lives together as husband and wife. The City of Philadelphia holds its annual Valentine's Day wedding ceremony on the 6th floor of City Hall for 50 soon-to-be married couples with the help of 10 city judges.
