Police are still seeking information regarding a hit-and-run that claimed the life of a two-year-old boy in Kensington last Thursday.

David Alicea Jr. died after a car hit him and his mother on Mascher Street near Lehigh Avenue. The mother, 19, was feet from her doorstep carrying her child when a 2006 Infinti M Series sedan struck her, investigators said.

The vehicle was handed over to police Friday after it was found near 60th and Thompson streets in West Philly around 6 a.m., according to NBC10

The driver has yet to be located. The Office of Mayor Michael Nutter is now offering a $20,000 for information reward leading to an arrest and conviction.
