Today former judge Nelson Diaz ​made the official announcement of his candidacy for mayor of Philadelphia at Tierra Colombiana in North Philly.

Diaz will face other democratic mayoral aspirants including State Sen. Anthony Hardy Williams, Lynn Abraham, and another Latino, Ken Trujillo.
