“Toss Your Caps! recognizes Philadelphia’s local college graduates for their hard work, determination and commitment to earning a college degree. It is a celebration of these young people and their remarkable accomplishments,” Mayor Nutter said. “And, I know that this milestone will be just the first of many achievements to come. I want to commend our Toss Your Cap! participants and the entire class of 2015 and wish them well on their path to success.”
