Splunk appoints Luis Felipe Visoso to its board of directors
The global finance and technology executive brings nearly three decades of financial experience in markets across Europe, the United States and Latin America.

Splunk, the leading data platform for security and observability, recently announced the appointment of Luis Felipe Visoso to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Visoso, a global finance and technology executive, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Unity Software Inc., a public technology company that provides a software platform for creating and operating real-time interactive 3D (RT3D) content, a position he has held since April 2021.
With almost 30 years of financial experience in European, US and Latin American markets, he brings with him a successful track record, both in public companies and in important private technology firms such as Palo Alto Networks, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the consumer giant Procter & Gamble.

Before coming to Unity, Visoso was CFO for Palo Alto Networks, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Amazon's Worldwide Consumer division. Previously, he held a senior financial position at Cisco and spent 23 years in various financial leadership positions at Procter & Gamble. From September 2020 to March 2021, Visoso was part of the Unity Board of Directors, including as a member of the Audit Committee.
Visoso, who earned a bachelor's degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, also indicated that he hopes to work “closely with Graham, Gary and the rest of the Board to continue delivering innovation and value for customers and partners and driving meaningful returns for shareholders.”
