Provation adds Latina to its executive team as its new Chief Marketing Officer
Anita Santos has more than 25 years of executive experience in leadership, much of which in the marketing realm.
Provation recently announced the appointment of Anita Santos as its new Chief Marketing Officer.
Santos brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience from the life sciences, medical device, and software technology industries.
She most recently has served as the Executive Vice President of LabMinds, and Chief Marketing Officer for the US market of Signify.
In the latter role, she led the $1 billion company’s marketing strategy and implementation for professional and consumer challenges.
Prior to Signify, she was Vice President of Marketing for Johnson Control’s global $1 billion security products business, where she led a global team of over 100 individuals in product pricing, new product development, business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
The bulk of her career was spent Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she climbed up the ladder from senior market manager to director of marketing, customer channels business development director, integrated services business development director, and unity lab services marketing director, over 10 years.
It’s the track record of success that she is bringing to this latest role as Provation’s new CMO.

Santos holds an M.B.A. from Suffolk University and a B.S. in business administration in marketing and finance from Merrimack College. The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) has recognized her as NACD Directorship Certified™, and she also serves as a Board Advisor for Acromedialab, and board member of Pipeline Angels.
