Based on the best-selling novel and Reese's Book Club selection by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Daisy Jones & The Six is a new musical-drama series from Amazon Studios and Hello Sunshine that tells the story of the iconic 1970s band, led by two charismatic but conflicted singers: Daisy Jones and Billy Dunne.

“United by personal and artistic chemistry, their complicated musical duet catapulted the band from obscurity to unheard-of fame. And then, after a sold-out concert at Chicago's Soldier Field, they decided to call it quits. Now, decades later, the band members have finally agreed to reveal the truth. Featuring original music by Daisy Jones & the Six — this is the story of how an iconic band imploded at the height of its power,” the new show's synopsis reads.

Daisy Jones & The Six stars Riley Keough as Daisy Jones, Sam Claflin as Billy Dunne, Camila Morrone as Camila Dunne, Will Harrison as Graham Dunne, Suki Waterhouse as Karen Sirko, Josh Whitehouse as Eddie Roundtree, Nabiyah Be as Simone Jackson and Tom Wright as Teddy Price, with a guest appearance by Timothy Olyphant as Rod Reyes. They are also joined by Latino actor Sebastian Chacon, who plays drummer Warren Rojas.

“Warren is a happy and kind man. I love my character, he is one of my favorite people in the world. In this show there is a lot of drama between the members of the band and Warren is always out of it, because he is always happy, what he always wanted was to play music with his friends,” Chacon told AL DÍA.

The Latino actor commented that, during the pandemic, he had a lot of time to prepare his character, practice a musical instrument and delve into the world of rock and roll.

"I didn't really listen to a lot of rock music from the 70s, for me it was much more the Latin music of that time, funk, disco and in that year, I spent a lot of time listening to that type of music," he added.

Chacon, of Colombian and Ecuadorian origins born in New York City, landed his first television role as Stevie Boy on The Get Down (2016), where he initially had no written parts and improvised all his lines. Over the next several years, he continued to guest star on many shows such as Mr. Robot (2015), Pose (2018), and Narcos (2015). Among his most recent works, Chacon played the gangster Fly Rico in the Showtime television series Penny Dreadful: City of Angels (2020).

The new musical and dramatic TV series premiered on the Prime Video platform on March 3 with new episodes every Friday until March 24.
