Mexican actor Diego Boneta stars in 'At Midnight'
Diego Boneta and Mónica Barbaro star in the romantic comedy 'At Midnight,' which premieres on Paramount+ on Feb. 10.
“At Midnight revolves around Alejandro (Diego Boneta, Father of the Bride), an ambitious hotel manager, and Sophie (Mónica Barbaro, Top Gun: Maverick), a movie star navigating the politics of Hollywood. He is focused on opening his own boutique hotel. She tries to focus on filming her new superhero movie Super Society 3, hoping to land her own spinoff, but discovers that her co-star (and boyfriend!) Adam (Anders Holm, Workaholics) cheats on her. Fate arrives when the filming takes them all to Alejandro's hotel in Mexico. Despite their radically different lives, Alejandro and Sophie begin to secretly meet at midnight," reads the synopsis of the new film set to drop on Paramount+ on Feb. 10.
In addition to Mexican actor Diego Boneta and Mónica Barbaro, Casey Thomas Brown (Father Of The Bride), Catherine Cohen (Netflix's Catherine Cohen: The Twist...? She's Gorgeous), Fernando Carsa (Acapulco), Whitney Cummings (Good Mourning) and Maya Zapata (Selena's Secret) are oon the cast.
Shooting took place in various locations in Mexico throughout 2022.
The official trailer was released during Paramount's presentation at the Television Critics Association (TCA).

"At Midnight is its own thing. It's a love letter to Mexico, as well. There aren't enough rom-coms shot there in the same vein as Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Midnight in Paris. Mexico is a character in this film and you'll see it through the eyes of our director Jonah (Feingold),” Boneta said at Paramount+'s Television Critics Association (TCA) presentation.
The film is directed by American filmmaker and screenwriter Jonah Feingold and is produced by Paramount International Studios and Fred Berger (La La Land), David Bernon (Hearts Beat Loud), Brian Kavanaugh-Jones (Loving), Eréndira Núñez Larios (Sundown), Josh Glick and Diego Boneta through their production company, Three Amigos.
Executive producers include Michel Franco, Gemma Levinson and Cory Crespo. At Midnight is also written by Feingold, María Hinojos (Cindy la Regia) and Giovanni M. Porta. Porta, Hinojos and Natalia Boneta are also co-executive producers.
At Midnight will premiere on Friday, Feb. 10 exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, Latin America and Italy. Release dates for other international Paramount+ markets will be announced at a later date.
