Ana de Armas and Chris Evans star in ‘Ghosted’

The Spanish-Cuban actress stars in a film that will be released on Apple TV+ on April 21.

“Cole (Chris Evans), a humble man, falls head over heels for Sadie (Ana de Armas), an enigmatic woman, only to discover to his surprise that she is a secret agent. Before they can decide on a second date, Cole and Sadie are taken on an international adventure to save the world,” reads the synopsis of the film ‘Ghosted’. 

In addition to Evans and De Armas, the cast of the film is made up of the renowned American actor Adrien Brody, the American of Korean origins Mike Moh, the comedian Amy Sedaris and the also American Tate Donovan.

‘Ghosted’ is directed by British actor and film director Dexter Fletcher. For their part, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers have served as scriptwriters.

The film starring the Spanish-Cuban actress will premiere on the Apple TV+ streaming platform on April 21.

About Ana de Armas

Ana de Armas (Santa Cruz del Norte, 1988) began her career as an actress when she was only 16 years old in her hometown Cuba. She migrated to Spain where she got her first leading role in the series El Internado.

Years later, she traveled to the United States to try her hand at the entertainment industry and get her first English-language roles. Since then, her career has been on the rise, although it was the movie 'Blade Runner 2049' that catapulted her career in Hollywood.

Currently, she is nominated in the Best Leading Actress category at the Academy Awards for her role in the film 'Blonde', the biopic of Marilyn Monroe, which was released on Netflix streaming platform in 2022. In this category, they are also nominated: Cate Blanchett (Tár), Michelle Yeoh (Everything at once everywhere), Andrea Riseborough (To Leslie) and Michelle Williams (The Fabelmans).
