Carlos Vives' Next Premiere on Disney+
The Colombian actor will star in the series "El club de los graves".
The premiere of this new production has been developed under the label of Disney+ Original Productions and was filmed entirely in Colombia and is scheduled for November 30 on the streaming platform.
On Monday afternoon, Disney+ released the first poster of the series made by TeleColombia and a preview of the production, where more details of the story can be seen.

"El club de los graves" follows the story of Amaranto Molina (Carlos Vives), an unconventional music teacher who arrives to teach at an institute specializing in music education, governed by old formulas that sideline students who do not meet the standards set by commercial success, Disney+ announced about the series.
The synopsis of the series reads that in this story "the director of the institute, Eduardo Kramer (Julián Arango), chooses five students every year -called "Los Agudos"- to be part of the prestigious Youth Band of the center. Molina, then, is assigned as teacher of "Los Graves", the group of students who are left out of the selection because their talent does not meet the market standards. With his disruptive methods, the eccentric teacher will take charge, embarking with them on a transformative musical journey that will help him heal wounds and inspire each of the young people to express their unique talents, finding together a hopeful path. in common. At the same time, they will discover the mysterious past hidden by the professor."
"El club de los graves" will also feature a soundtrack of original songs composed by Vives that encompass different typical rhythms of the country, highlighting regional cultural values. All the music for the series will be available soon on digital platforms.
