Romeo Santos returns with new bachata album, 'Fórmula Vol. 3'
The King of Bachata announced the release of his next studio album.
The bachata singer, Romero Santos, announced the release of his next studio album Formula Vol.3 in a recent post on his social media platforms.
The artist, who is of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent, deleted all the prior posts on his Instagram and posted only a collage of photos that display the image of a crown with the numbers '09.01.22,' correlating with the release date of his next album.
Utopia was Romeo's last album released, and featured 11 collaborations on 13 of its songs. After its release, Santos made a compilation with 20 songs with Utopia Live From Metlife Stadium, to relive the show at the Metlife Stadium in New Jersey, which broke his own attendance record.

For the release of his next album, the bachata superstar will release the highly anticipated Fórmula, Vol. 3 next month, eight years after Vol. 2.
While it has been two years since the singer released his last album, he currently has over 15 billion monthly listeners on Spotify waiting for that next installment. Due to the fact that in previous opportunities he has made multiple collaborations, his fans talk about the possibility of the bachatero bringing elements of his musical roots and also new proposals.
The latest single to be released by the artist is "Entre sus huellas," which will be part of the new album that promises to have the same romantic feeling that has characterized his career.
Who is Romeo Santos?
Romeo is considered the "King of Bachata" for being the lead vocalist and main composer of the bachata group Aventura.
As a member of Aventura, Santos was a key figure in taking bachata international, placing songs at the top of the Billboard Latin charts and onto charts in Europe. After several albums with Aventura, Romeo announced his separation from the group to launch his solo career in April 2011. As a solo artist he has released four studio albums: Fórmula, Vol. 1 (2011), Fórmula, Vol. 2 (2014), Golden (2017), and Utopia (2019).
