Alfonso Herrera, who played Miguel in the series, is the only one of the original members of Rebelde that will not be present so far.

After generating great expectations among their fans, Anahí, Dulce María, Maite Perroni, Christopher Uckermann and Christian Chávez announced their reunion through their social media. The artists synchronously changed their profile picture for one with the band's logo and posted a video about the tour.

The dates for the concerts in each country will be announced on January 19th. Fans who want to be the first to know information about the tour can register on the soyrebelde.world website.

Although it is not yet known which cities and stadiums the band will visit, in recent weeks Christian Chavéz had an interview with Televisa Espectáculos, in which he mentioned that he would like it to be at the Foro Sol, one of the largest venues in Mexico City.

"I think it would be great to be able to sing there again with Rebelde," said Chavéz.

Under the slogan "prepare your tie", the group has done all the pre-launching of the in-person reunion with their fans.

In December 2020, Rebelde made a virtual reunion through a live concert broadcast: "Ser O Parecer".
