Devastating. This Monday, the iconic French electronic music duo Daft Punk announced their separation after 28 years of career and a musical legacy that transcends their hits. The duo released an emotional video titled "Daft Punk- Epilogue," which was shared on all their social networks and quickly went viral to announce their separation.

At the moment, the personal reasons that led the duo to make this decision, which has shocked their fans around the world and the music industry, are not known.

Winners of six Grammys throughout their career, Daft Punk revolutionized the industry, from its sounds to its visuals, and was consecrated with some of its famous songs and collaborations with other great artists that marked a generation.

'One more time,' 'Around the world,' 'Harder, better, faster, stronger,' and 'Get lucky' are just some of the songs that went around the world with innovative sounds.

Daft Punk's worldwide fame has generated many unexpected covers. The French military band has performed Their songs in front of Trump and Macron and even had a mariachi version of "Get Lucky" called "Uruapan Mexican Son."

The Mexican group Sangre Azteca was in charge of doing a cover with a particular way of singing in English, a fun way to remember the duo in the midst of the sadness that the news has generated.
