For the first time in history, the prestigious musical awards are "moved" outside the US, and the Andalusian capital prepared an ambitious agenda of events during the week before the main event. The first musical event of the program will be the Latin Grammy in the schools, where the renowned Italian singer Laura Pausini -designated person of the year by the academy- will give a talk on Friday 10 with students of the professional conservatory of music Francisco Guerrero. On Sunday, November 12, a tribute will be held to the artists Ana Torroja, Carmen Linares, Mijares, Arturo Sandoval, Simone or Soda Stereo within the framework of the Musical Excellence Awards, dedicated to artists who enhanced Latin music during their career.
On Monday 13, the awards will continue with the gala Leading Ladies of Entertainment, which will distinguish the work of artists such as Rondine Alcalá, Mon Laferte, Simone Torres and Ana Villacorta López. All of them are professional women in the entertainment sector, whose "social conscience has inspired the next generation of women leaders".

On Tuesday 14 a special reception of the nominees for this 24th edition of the Latin Grammy will be held at the Real Alcazar in Seville. The same night, the Centro Cultural Magallanes will host the Best New Artist Showcase, where the Spanish singer David Bisbal will be responsible for giving visibility to new Latin musical talents.
On the eve of the big night, Wednesday 15, the Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions (FIBES) will heat up the atmosphere with the ceremony of the Person of the year, which will star Laura Pausini. The Latin Academy decided to recognize her extensive musical career, as well as her clear commitment to social causes, such as equality for women and the LGTBQ+ collective, as well as the fight against hunger in the world.
Finally, the grand gala of the Latin Grammys, to be held on Thursday 16, will be the end of this historic days. The red carpet displayed at the Seville Congress Centre will be paraded by the most recognized artists of the Latin world scene, such as Shakira, Cristina Aguilera, Maluma, Alejandro Sanz and Rosalía.
