Christina Aguilera announced the release of her new single "Suéltame" in which she collaborates with Argentinian singer Tini Stoessel and which will be part of her upcoming Spanish album "La Tormenta".
The American artist of Ecuadorian descent posted on her Instagram account a message encouraging her followers to pre-order her new album to enter a sweepstakes to win a trip with her to the Los Angeles Gay Pride party.
"I want to take someone special to L.A. Pride! Pre Save my new EP, La Tormenta, and new single "Suéltame," for a chance to join me for a one-of-a-kind celebration," Christina announced.
"La Tormenta", of which she has not offered further details, will be the artist's second Spanish-language EP this year after "La Fuerza", which was released last January and which she described as the "first chapter" of a trilogy.
Christina Aguilera, who in recent years has prioritized her television career over her musical career, is now in the midst of returning to singing in Spanish after two decades and will offer several concerts this summer in Spain.
Last year, Aguilera also released a song with Nicki Nicole and Nathy Peluso, "Pa Mis Muchachas", which also featured Becky G. The song debuted on October 22, 2021 and in just a week and a half got more than 10 million plays on YouTube and more than 4 million on Spotify.
