Pedro Capó joins Spotify's 'Billions Club'
His single "Calma Remix," performed alongside Farruko, reached 1 billion plays on the music platform.
Pedro Capó's song "Calma Remix," released in late July 2018, is a representation of the "Puerto Rican and Caribbean lifestyle," as defined by Capó in an interview for Billboard. It recently hit 1 billion streams on Spotify, granting Capó entrance into the prestigious Billions Club on the platform.
The track also has more than 2.5 billion views on YouTube since its release.
Through Instagram, the singer took the opportunity to tell his followers about the milestone on Spotify.

This is not the first achievement for the song. Just months after its release, the two artists won a Latin Grammy in the category Best Fusion/Urban Interpretation for the remix, and Capó won Song of the Year for his original version.
