“On our broadcast, we are proud to introduce our stars from Mars: María Becerra and Camila Cabello.” This is how the voice of a commentator announces the landing of the two popular Latin singers, who signed an original collaboration in “Hasta Los Dientes”. The song, with a certain touch of electronic pop from the 80s, is part of “Familia”, Cabello's new album.

In the promotional poster for the clip, both appear with their hair painted purple and bright blue, with a striking retro aesthetic that fits with the beat of the song. María Becerra, the Argentinian singer who is crowning herself at the top of urban music, probed with her contribution the ability to evolve artistically towards other genres.

“Hasta los Dientes” had a dreamed premiere: it was broadcasted on MTV Live, MTVU and all of MTV's global networks, and even had an ad on the Paramount billboards in Times Square (New York).

After the premiere, YouTube organized an "afterparty" with both singers. This format of the popular platform consists of exclusive live broadcasts with the musicians, where YouTube Premium members can chat with their idols in a live chat and video.

Once again, Camila Cabello surprised with a proposal that fuses multiple cultures, styles, and genres. With her new album “Familia”, she confirmed her good moment: the Billboard Top 200 list positioned her again in the Top 10, as it happened with her two previous albums. Both music critics and fans agreed on the praise of Cabello. Previously, she had already unveiled "Bam Bam", a collaboration with Ed Sheeran that already exceeds 57 million views on YouTube.

To celebrate the release with her followers, Camila scheduled the digital concert “Familia: Welcome to the Family” on Tik Tok, where she became a trend on the social network and presented her songs to millions of people. The show had an exclusive set design, as well as costumes and dances designed for the occasion.

On the other hand, María Becerro is rising to the top. The Tu Música Urbana Awards announced that she will be one of the two women with the most nominations in the contest. She is only surpassed by big names like Bad Bunny, Rauw Alejandro and J Balvin. With nine nominations and good chances of success, she aspires to continue consolidating herself as a benchmark in the urban genre.

The ceremony will be held on June 23 at the Puerto Rico Coliseum in San Juan, and will be broadcast on Telemundo. Becerra could win in the most relevant categories, such as "Top Rising Star Female", "Song of the Year", "Collaboration of the Year" or "Female Album of the Year". Previously, she has already won a Latin AMA for “Best New Artist”, and her greatest recent achievement was performing alongside J Balvin at the Grammy Awards.

Her debut album “Animal”, released during the pandemic (2021), was a boom. “Wow wow”, her collaboration with Becky G, added more than 200 million reproductions, and she is currently the most listened Argentinian artist of the moment.
