The video for Andy Rivera's new song "Munchie," was recorded during his tour in Spain on the island of Gran Canaria, and shows moments of desire during a fleeting night, where happiness comes first over any consequences.

The video's direction was left to Lexx, who's worked on other music videos for Rivera. With this new video, he tells a story that takes viewers on many journeys.

According to the Colombian El Espectador, Lexx said he loves working with Rivera because he generates many creative ideas and always has new things to present to his fans.

The Colombian artist has made a splash of late with "Monumento," which has more than 46 million plays on YouTube and also scored a gold record in Colombia. His latest surprise for fans is a new tour of Australia — the first time he'll tour Down Under.

Rivera has also battled depression over the last year after a diagnosis in November. He is now just returning to what he is most passionate about in life — his music. A few days ago, he also surprised his more than 5.7 million followers with an a cappella rendition of the song, "Amor Narcótico" by Dominican Chichi Peralta.

His father Jhonny Rivera has also been fundamental in his career and life. The elder Rivera has been a support beam throughout the younger's music career, and the new release is no different.

"Remember this one is among my favorites? You'll break it again son," he said.
