Through yoga, health coach Chantal influencer seeks to help people elevate their way of thinking and better cope with everyday life.

"Yoga is not a solution, but a tool to overcome problems such as infertility," said Chantal in a press release about her new Move your Chanty movement.

The idea of this new movement was born after going through more than four years of infertility with her husband, where the "emotions have been like an endless roller coaster," but yoga has allowed her to elevate her way of thinking and that's what she wanted to share with her followers.

"I've been my own teacher to move forward in the process, recognizing that, what's going on in my life, it's not happening to me, it's just happening for me, so I can do something and deal with the circumstances," the yoga teacher tells of her process

While Move your Chanty does not offer magical solutions to all problems, it does give women new tools to learn to live with them. These exercises work to go through any difficulty, from not being able to have children, to being stressed with work, family difficulties, misfortunes that happen in life, problems with self-esteem and personal image, among other situations.

For Chantal, moving the body, recognizing emotions and validating feelings is part of the process of moving forward and finding the next step. Therefore, virtually any form of exercise, from aerobics to yoga, can act as a stress reliever.

Recently, Chantal showcased her approach in the first bilingual Power Yoga class at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater in the United States in front of more than 2,000 people. She now works in several Miami studios such as Barry's Bootcamp and Sol Yoga.
