Third season of “Love, Victor” on Hulu
The tv series “Love, Victor”, starring a young Latino who seeks to discover his own identity, will premiere its third season on Hulu and Disney+.
“Love, Victor” is inspired by the movie “Love, Simon” premiered in 2018. The film featured a young gay man, who finds a way to reveal his sexual condition to his family, schoolmates and friends.
The spin-off of “Love, Simon” tells the story of a Latino teenager (Victor, a character played by Michael Cimino) who moves with his family from Atlanta to Texas. This move implies having a new school, the Creekwood High School, the same one that Simon has attended before.
While adjusting to a new city, Victor will try to solve doubts about his identity and his sexual orientation. He will also have to think about his future plans, and at the same time, he will have to face the consequences that this may have for his family.
In the midst of this adversity, Victor decides to contact Simon and ask for help. Unlike the film's main character, Victor is shy but sociable and friendly. “He is trying to fix his things, his issues with the family, that affects him a lot. Victor's communication with Simon is vital to his personal discovery and is an important part of the story. He knows what Simon experienced and that makes him look for his own answers," Cimino told EFE in an interview.
In addition to Cimino, the cast of the series is made up of Isabella Ferreira, Mateo Fernández and Rachel Naomi, Ana Ortiz, and James Martinez.

The episodes of the third and final season will be available from June 15. Initially, Disney + has not included the oldest episodes of "Love, Victor" in its catalog because it considers that the content is for adults. But Disney has taken a different decision about this season and will air it too on its platform.
The premiere in the United States will be simultaneously on Hulu on June 15.
