The inaugural AL DÍA 40 Under Forty event will be a showcase of the most diverse and impactful young professionals in various fields of work across the Philadelphia region.

At the virtual event, taking place August 20, 2020, Salvador Rodriguez, 25, will be one of the 40 honorees. He is an Entrepreneur and COO of Reliable Communications, LLC. 

As part of the lead-up to the event, AL DÍA asked each of the 40 honorees the same three questions and collected their responses.

Figuring out how to motivate different personality types and finding the correct leadership style for me.

Building a business that enables it's employees to learn on a daily basis and grow in and out of work.

I believe that a strong set of values and a clear company culture that everyone understands will help D&I efforts. When company culture is present and teams are actively engaged employees on all levels participate and hold each other accountable. This creates a positive work environment and allows inclusion and diversity to happen organically.
