Becky G joins the Latin Grammys to encourage voter registration
The artist is encouraging Americans to carry out their civic duty through a meet-and-greet contest.

With the midterm elections coming up, Becky G reaffirmed her commitment to the nation's voters as co-chair of the 'When We All Vote' campaign.
Becky G and the Latin Grammys' When We All Vote initiative will give one lucky fan the chance to fly to Las Vegas for a meet and greet with the artist, plus tickets for two to the Latin Grammy Awards on Nov. 17.
Through the contest, both parties seek to "encourage more people to make their voices heard in the 2022 midterm elections in the United States," they announced on the official entry website.

"Guys, please make sure you're registered and ready to vote 💙," Becky G wrote on Twitter announcing the contest.
In 2020, Becky G had a conversation with Los Tigres del Norte at Billboard's Music Week voting panel, where they discussed the role immigration plays in voting and shared personal stories of the first time they voted in the United States.
"I remember the first time I voted for president and I felt like my vote was important for the country," Becky G recounted during the panel.
