Ticket information for Pope Francis' address at Independence Hall
Tickets will become available on Sept. 8th at 12 p.m., on a first come, first-serve basis and individuals are limited to four tickets.
The World Meeting of Families (WMOF) announced 10,000 tickets will be available to the public for the event with Pope Francis at Independence Hall on Saturday, Sept. 26, where he will be addressing the immigration issue and religious liberty.
Tickets will become available on Sept. 8th at 12 p.m., on a first come first-serve basis and individuals are limited to four tickets. Members of the public who wish to attend the event can visit the following URL to access the tickets www.worldmeeting2015.org/
WMOF also confirmed last week two papal parades during the papal visit on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
The first parade, which will take the Holy Father from Eakins Oval to/around City Hall, will be prior to the Festival of Families on Saturday, Sept. 26 and will allow all gathered on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway to see Pope Francis..
The second parade will be prior to the Papal Mass on Sunday, Sept. 27. According to the organization the route for this second parade is still being finalized but it is expected to be shorter to ensure that the Papal Mass begins on schedule.
10,000 tickets will be available for each of the events, also on a first come first serve basis beginning Wednesday, Sept. 9. Tickets will be available online and the maximum number of tickets one can access is four.
