TEDxPhilly will analyze social justice in the city and you may be one of the speakers
La próxima edición de TEDxPhiladelphia analizarán lal justicia y la equidad en la ciudad.
The most renowned Talks in the world return to Philadelphia. TEDxPhiladelphia will celebrate its third edition on June 11 at the Temple Performing Arts Center. This time the conference will navigate through justice, both from the racial as well as the economic and social perspectives.
According to that outlined on its webpage, “This exploration of access and equity will showcase great ideas for building a more just city and society”. The internet users themselves, through their votes, opted for this theme which competed, on the one hand with “Philadelphia 2020!, a vision for our city’s progress by the end of the next mayor’s term, and, on the other hand, with “Future of Philly Education”, exploring the solution for one of our city’s biggest problems.
Nominate a speaker
The list of participants is yet to be written. TEDxPhiladelphia is seeking experts on the theme or with relevant experience to give one of the talks that will take place during the conference. Do you know anyone that has something to say? Or do you have any idea about something interesting to share? If so, nominate a persona or nominate yourself as a speaker. You have until February 6.
SuperFan tickets, for $100, to attend the event are already on sale since December 22. General admission tickets, sold for $75 and which quickly sold out last year can be purchased as of February 2.
