Winter is coming!

Don’t let the pending cold and mounds of snow ruin your winter because Philadelphia has many fun activities to offer, like the Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest.

Opening to the public this Friday, Nov. 28 at 11a.m., the Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest, created by the Delaware River Waterfront Corp (DRWC), offers light shows, shopping, arcade games, fire pits, a restaurant, and of course, ice skating!

The Lodge restaurant and bar will be serving delicious winter treats by Garces Events, local craft beers, wine and spiked hot drinks like coffee, cider and hot chocolate. The Distrito truck will also be on location to feed guests delicious Mexican fare.

This winter wonderland is open until March 1, 2015.
