Attention museum fans!

A few Philadelphia museums are offering free admission for the annual Art Museum Day on May 18.

Even though the official Art Museum day is May 18, some museums are offering free admission on days leading up to or after May 18.

Local museums and sites that are participating in Art Museum Day are the Rodin Museum on May 18, the Penn Museum on May 19, the historic houses of Fairmount Park on May 17 and the Brandywine River Museum of Art in Chadds Ford on May 18

The Institute of Contemporary Art is listed as a participant, however free admission is always offered. (This museum is closed on May 18).
