The Philadelphia Police Department has released a photo from video surveillance at the Dell Music Center on Aug. 13 — the night that 20-year-old Alex Guevara was shot in the stomach and right thigh, injuries grave enough to lead to his death. The police are requesting assistance in locating and identifying the man in the photo.

Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of the man in the photo is asked to contact the Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334/35. There is a $20,000 Reward for information leading to an arrest, and conviction in this investigation.
