The 2015 Solas Awards was held on April 29 at the Westin Philadelphia.

The Solas Awards are an annual award given to individuals in the Philadelphia area by the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians for their contributions to improving the quality of life for immigrants to Pennsylvania.

This year, the Realizing the American Dream Award went to Osagie O. Imasogie, Esq., founder of Phoenix IP Ventures. The Atlas Award for Creating Opportunity went to Daniel K. Fitzpatrick, CFA, President of Citizens Bank of PA/NJ/DE and Head of National Mid-Corporate and Industry Verticals. The Dennis Clark Solas Award went to R. Andrew Swinney, President of the Philadelphia Foundation.
