The AL DÍA Philadelphia Diverse City Career Fair is an annual tradition, providing the diverse community that makes up the city of Philadelphia will opportunities to start or change their career paths.
As the population of the city continues to grow more and more diverse, the population of the city's workforce lags behind. This career fair will work to make that existing diversity in the city more reflective in the workforce. A strong workforce has helped make the city prominent from the very beginning.
"Philadelphia was the center, it was the capital of the country the first 20 years of its existence," Hernán Guaracao, AL DÍA Founder, CEO, and Publisher, said.
With the historical significance the city of Philadelphia has, it's important for it to continue towards that path.
The Diverse City Career Fair will function to give the people of the city the chance not only to meet some of the top CEOs from the city, but learn more about the importance of work equity.
