Cornelius Crawford, 23, and Johnathan Rosa, 19, were charged with kidnapping a real estate agent in North Philadelphia, assaulting her and stealing her car before speeding off, eventually crashing into a fruit stand and and killing Keiearra Williams, 15, Thomas Reed, 10, and Terrance Moore, 7, and injuring their mother, a family friend and the victim of the carjacking.
Since the children's deaths, Philadelphians have held rallies, memorials and a large funeral, demanding for an end to crime and violence throughout the city's neighborhoods.
