The AL DÍA Women of Merit Forum celebrates multicultural women in leadership roles in our region and beyond.

When it comes to women leaders with national acclaim, few are as prominent as Ana Valdez. 

It’s for that reason that AL DÍA is excited to announce that Valdez will serve as the keynote speaker for the 2023 AL DÍA Women of Merit Forum.

Valdez is the President and CEO of The Latino Donor Collaborative, the premier nonprofit organization dedicated to reshaping the perception of Latinos as part of the American social mainstream. 

The self-funded, independent organization is led by an accomplished group of Latino national leaders who donate their time to promote friendly high-level dialogue with the goal of finding the best ways to grow revenue and market share by targeting and serving the Latino audience. 

With about 25 years of experience in media, research, marketing and communications, Valdez brings great leadership to the LDC think tank, conducting vital research on the valuable contributions of U.S. Latinos in the United States. 

Her dedication shines through in her efforts to create a fact-based understanding of who Latinos are in the United States. 

Valdez is also the co-founder and President of Valdez Productions & Consulting, Inc., where she uses her extensive knowledge and expertise to equip other leaders with the pertinent and actionable data needed to drive the advancement of their organizations. 

Using this research, Valdez equips leaders with the pertinent and actionable data needed to drive the advancement of their organizations.

Throughout her career, Valdez has worked at the United Nations in Geneva and the Clinton Administration in Washington, D.C. She has also collaborated with companies such as Nielsen, Citibank, Colgate, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Scott Paper, Best Foods, and Summit Entertainment. Valdez also previously worked at the U.S. Department of Energy, for the Bill Richardson presidential campaign, the Dolores Huerta Foundation, and others.

As a speaker, Valdez has had experiences as an on-air political and media analyst for FOX and Univision, as well as a contributor for MyFoxParents.com, HuffPost, and CNN online.

Given her work, Valdez has gathered tons of valuable information — many of which, she is very likely to share during the 2023 AL DÍA Women of Merit Forum as our keynote speaker.
