“Pedro is a young unemployed architect who lives in Madrid with his uncle Luis, a doctor who is also unemployed. Both ramble about their uncertain future when they are surprised by news: Pedro's grandfather, a man named Paco whom he never met, has died. Paco was a renowned architect who emigrated to Mexico to make his fortune and has left him two cows and a donkey in a remote town between valleys and mountains in Cantabria. Pedro and Luis leave the city to undertake a trip with the intention of selling the animals, but they will find something that will change their plans”, says the synopsis of the Spanish film “En otro lugar”.
The film stars the Mexican actress and model Esmeralda Pimentel, who plays the role of a young student (Paula) who falls in love -in fiction- with the Spanish actor and dancer Miguel Ángel Muñoz (Pedro).
