Carlos is a Puerto Rican journalist and storyteller focused on the effects of policy and legislation in different communities.
He will receive his Master in Journalism from the University of Puerto Rico, where he researched disinformation and media ethics. Currently based in Philadelphia, he is a Reporting Fellow at AL DIA News.
