A toddler in Nebraska gets stuck in a claw machine according to WOWT 6 News.
Kael Ireland, 3 years old, crawled into a bear claw machine filled with stuffed animals and was playing with toys while his mother searched for him.
The event occurred at the Madsen's Bowling and Billards in Lincoln, Neb.
Employees said they were alerted by a customer who saw the child trapped in the machine.
"That little boy got in there," owner Marty Madsen told Action 3 news. "He can almost stand in there. Look how much the machine holds," he said pointing through the glass.
While Ireland was playing with stuffed animals, police received a report of a missing boy by a 24-year-old woman who discovered her child slipped out of the apartment.
According to reports, the missing child was Ireland and it was his mother who called the police. She told authorities she was in the bathroom when Ireland left the apartment through an unlocked door.
The bowling alley notified the police of the situation, and when officers arrived at the scene, they had already received both reports and put the two events together.
The vending machine company released Ireland and he was freed without any injuries. His mother was not cited for the incident and according to police, it did not show signs of neglect.
According KMTV, the vendor gave Ireland a stuffed animal to take home after the rescue.
