Our team at AL DÍA News Media is excited to announce the upcoming release of AL DÍA: RoundTableTALKS, a podcast on journalism, democracy, and the future of Philadelphia.

In a roundtable discussion format, we will be convening news and political leaders from different ethnic and generational backgrounds on the show each month to collectively re-shape and re-vitalize more inclusive news narratives in our city.

The first episode of RoundTableTALKS takes on the topic of Media & the City. In the episode, AL DÍA Founder & CEO Hernán Guaracao speaks with some of the leading figures at the forefront of the movement for more inclusive media in Philadelphia.

Elisabeth Perez-Luna, Sara Lomax-Reese, Michael Days, and Sandra Clark join in for a conversation on the importance of representation in local news media and the steps that must be taken by Philadelphia newsrooms to better tell the stories of the communities they intend to serve.
