While the country is distracted by a constant bombardment of news, the raids in search of undocumented immigrants don’t stop.

This time the focus was a trailer manufacturing company in Sumner, Texas, which was intervened by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents for the second time since 2014, arresting 160 allegedly undocumented workers.

According to TIME magazine, ICE issued a statement saying that the investigation had been carried out after receiving a "tip" that the company Load Trail "was knowingly hiring workers who were in the United States illegally."

The agency also added that the detainees were being interviewed to determine if they would remain in custody or would be granted humanitarian release.

This raid is the latest in a series of operations nationwide after the immigration agents intervened at a meat supplier in Massillon, Ohio, in June, arresting more than 100 workers "suspected of using a stolen or fraudulent identification," explained CNN En Español.
