In an effort to honor the impact and success that Latinos often have on the community, AL DIA News honored 5 community leaders at the Latino History Luncheon. And while the contributions of Latino leaders often doesn’t get acknowledged in the mainstream, the event took the occasion of Hispanic Heritage Month to do just that.
The sold out event took place at the historic Union League of Philadelphia and acted as an opportunity for leaders in various sectors to get recognition for their commitment to service and accomplishments along the way.
