A dinner to collaborate with Puentes de Salud
On Thursday, June 11, you will have the chance to collaborate with Puentes de Salud. You only need to go to dinner at one of the “Plates for Puentes”…
Food is one of the hallmarks of Latino communities across the world, but especially here in Philly where Latinos are an integral part of the restaurant industry. And now the restaurant community has decided to support the non-profit organization Puentes de Salud with its latest initiative
More than 20 restaurants in town will partner with the organization in Plates for Puentes event. On Thursday, June 11, all the participating restaurants will donate a portion of the check of each dinner to support the work Puentes does within the community. Over the past two decades, Puentes de Salud has provided free health care support to undocumented and uninsured immigrants in Philadelphia.
